English is Interesting : Here's Why

Hello! My name is Djenar Putri, i'd be happy to be called Jeher. I'm almost 17 and was born on September 11th 2003. Julia and Nanda are my older sisters and i have no brother, which i really hope for. I don't really have one specific hobby, but i love watching movies in any genres except horror. Right now i am on my senior year of high school in SMA Dwiwarna, it is in Bogor. I guess that's enough for my introduction, let's jump to the next session.

So today is my very first English class on this school year and it was amazing. Our theme was 'Giving and Offering Help'. We did a lot of stuffs and tasks, yeah my teacher, Mr. A, that's how Dwiwarnian call him, without hesitation gave us a lot of tasks. But we were still having fun because we did it together. 

One of our tasks was creating a mini dialogue about giving and offering help. We were divided into partners aaand.. finally i entered my meeting room. I was hoping for my besties but guess who waved at me once i entered. It was Farrel, he was my classmate last year and my classmate for German Course this week, imagine how oft we met. It was him again, greeted me with the same line i greeted him. "It is you again?". We were screaming at each other and we immediately laughed so hard. 

Almost whole session we talked randomly and in the end we just created very short dialogue. So he invited Mr.A to check on us, and then when he entered we created an extempore dialogue. It was funny because we talk out of the dialogue we made before. Fortunately it ended well. (Check how's our dialogue in the last section!)

After that we left the breaking room and go back to main meeting. Mr.A explain some stuffs while reviewing and giving some tips. To close the meeting he remind us about this project one last time.

Farrel : Hello! Jeher where are you?
Jeher : Hey! I'm on my way to school. Where are you?
Farel : Hmm, i was on my way school but unfortunately my motorcycle tire leaked. Could you do me a favor?
Jeher : Poor you. Sure, what can i do for you?
Farrel : Pick me up at Margonda Street, i'll be waiting for you right here, okay?
Jeher : Okay then. Anything else?
Farrel : Please tell Mr. A about this, i don't have his contact.
Jeher : Noted. Wait me right there! I'm near.
Farrel : Okay. See you !
Jeher : K, bye.

Breakout Room Euforia? Here's mine!

Hello guys! I'm back with few updates about my English Class.  So it was on Wednesday morning and on the 4th class period. Our theme was still about Giving and Offering Help, but in deeper kind of explanation and application. We started the class 5 minutes longer than on schedule because the previous class ended a little longer. Before we jumped into our lesson, Mr. A asked us to do a little stretching to relax our muscle after sitting down for 2 hours already. Soon after stretching, Mr. A started the class. We had some reviews and QnAs, then we did groupwork in the breakout room. Everyone felt nervous because we didn't know who would be our teammate.  First, Mr. A explained what will we do in our breakout rooms and then gave us some examples of conversations and themes. After that we directly divided into groups. I entered the room a little bit longer to stall for time. Mr. A, please don't get mad at me for doing this, he he he. 15 Hours Vs. 5 Minutes

     Phew!       Tiring weeks keep coming around.. Task, task, task. Filling my whole week and making me like labour. It's D-Day!!! Job interview was in sight, which increased my tension. By the way, I was applying for Villa Listing Agent at Bali Treasure Properties (I attached the link below). As usual, Mr. A did some reviews and gave us the instructions for our job interview later on. Not long after that, we were divided into breakout rooms. I had Tonka as my breakout room-mate.       Unfortunately, he had not finished his CV and job application letter yet. So while we're waiting for our turn to be interviewed, we finished his CV and job application letter. He was little bit panic, but to lower our tension before job interview, I was trying to keep the situation relaxed. We waited for more than 30 minutes. Suddenly, my girl classmates started a group call and I joined right away.       We were all very nervous and one of us had her job interview schedule next week. She cheere
